Hi friends! I’m Brittany, newly married to the love of my life, Jon, and a newbie in the blogging world. After graduating from Penn State a few years ago, I began following three or four lifestyle blogs fairly religiously. I loved feeling inspired by their style, and the pictures they posted made me feel like the more I read, the more I was really getting to know the blogger personally. Unfortunately, I often found myself also feeling jealous or frustrated that a glamorous life like that was so out of reach for me. Life for me isn’t always fancy dresses, 4-inch heels, and all things Michael Kors. And I’m guessing I’m not alone.

The quote above is a sign that hangs on the wall in my living room. When I thought about what I want this blog represent, it was the first thing that came to my mind. I want this to be a place where women feel like the outfits and ideas posted make sense in real life. I want to find those items that we are all lusting over, but could never afford, and share the ways I’ve managed to get them (or an item very similar) into my closet. I am not an expert by any means. I’m just a girl who fell in love with fashion through blogging and would love to share what I’ve learned. Beyond fashion and style, I’d like to you invite you into my adventures in wifehood, faith, cooking, and fitness. I’m looking forward to this journey with you all - full of mistakes, fun, and (hopefully) a whole lot of grace!
